ILL Fortune is an independent Hip Hop Artist/ Producer from Minnesota.
He has a history of being an avid underground Hip Hop head, advocating keeping music authentic, raw, and gritty. Striving to be unique, ILL Fortune has developed his own sound that catches listeners' attention with a filterless vocabulary- giving them a "what will he say next" type of mindset. His beat production has grown in quality and originality over the years, spawning from 'underground' and 'horror' roots alike. By staying loyal to the scene that created him, ILL Fortune has become a minor authority figure in the horrorcore genre, mantaining working relationships with amatuer and proffesional artists.

ILL Fortune began making music in 2009 at the age of 14. Nowadays, he is 100% self-produced in every facet, from making his beats, writing, recording, and mixing his music, to creating his cover art and graphics. These skills combined have allowed him the advantage of releasing music more consistent than other artists while having full creative control over every aspect.

Amongst ILL Fortune's biggest achievements lies his performance at the annual Gathering of the Juggalos in 2022, as well as performing at Team Back Pack Mission Underground L.A. in 2014. He also placed a record on the Winter X-Games in 2018, which aired on national television.  Amongst his biggest placements, he has records with artists like Alla Xul Elu, Super Famous Fun TIme Guys, G-Mo Skee, Bizarre, Lex The Hex Master,  Pacewon, E3, and more!

ILL Fortune's has also found great success is in his beat production, operating an online store on his website selling Hip Hop beats to other artists around the world. He has released several albums, available for streaming on all major platforms. Though he is notorious for releasing horror inspired music, such as his albums "Cellar of Corpses," "Fables of the Unstable," and "The Toxic Offender," he does not limit himself to just horrorcore. ILL Fortune's most recent project was "Midnight Matinee at the Macabre"- A story driven horror anthology album with vintage AND retro vibes. Underground pride lies at the forefront of everything he pursues, and it shows in every record he releases.
